The Regional Trial Court (RTC), 10th Judicial Region, Branch 45, Malaybalay City, has issued a decision denying the appeal filed by the Buffalo-Tamaraw-Limus Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants’ Landless Farmers Association (MILFA).
