ANNOUNCEMENT: NO NEED TO UNDERGO PHYSICAL EXAMINATION IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS

Enrollees may send a hard copy of Chest X-ray result, Hepa B Ag test result and forms printed from doorstep.cmu.edu.ph (medical health record, dental health record, and medical & health certificate) to the Office of the University Registrar and WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION (thru email) to proceed to the next step for enrollment.

*Hepa A Ag test result maybe asked if you will enroll in BS Home Economics, BS Food Technology, BS Nutrition and Dietetics, and BS Hospitality Management (former BS Hotel and Restaurant Management)
