The Deadline for Completion of Incomplete Grades Incurred During the 2nd Semester, AY 2023-2024 is on May 25, 2025

Please inform all your respective students who have incurred Incomplete (INC) grades during the 2nd Semester, SY 2023-2024 that the deadline for completion of INC grades will be on May 23, 2025.
Book 3, Chapter 12, Section 10 of the CMU Code states, “An INC grade due to the inability of the student to complete the requirements for a subject, or no grade in either lecture or laboratory becomes a passing grade as soon as the student shall have completed the requirements for the subject within one year period to be reckoned from the last day of the final examination when the INC grade was incurred. In all cases the INC becomes a “5” after one year”.
All College Registrars are requested to remind the concerned students to comply their INC not later than May 23, 2025. All accomplished forms shall be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar not later than May 30, 2025 (Friday). Accomplished forms of students submitted after the said deadline will not be accepted.
