Smart Communications Turn-over Ceremony to Central Mindanao University

CMU President, Dr. Jesus Antonio G. Derije, talks about elevating efficient communication in various university offices.
ADCO and Smart Communications Team discuss the terms and conditions of the devices to be distributed to various offices.
