Please be informed that the processing of Final Examination Permit for the 1st Semester, SY 2021-2022 will start on November 8, 2021. Students are reminded of the following requirements for the issuance of permit:
1. Accomplished Faculty Evaluation
2. Settle unpaid accounts on
a. Related Learning Experience (RLE) subject for students of the College of Nursing
b. Petition subjects
3. Settle unpaid accounts and lacking documents of graduating students, graduate program students, double coursers, and students of special courses
4. Settle unpaid accounts for Non-Qualified Voucher Recipients (QVR) for Senior High School students
College Registrars shall ensure that students with deficiencies in their respective colleges must settle their obligation prior to issuance of permit.
