Submission of INC forms of Probable Honor Students with INC grades
“With the foregoing and in preparation for the coming Recognition and Awards Day, all probable honor students with INC grades for the 2nd Semester, SY 2022-2023, and 1st Semester, SY 2023-2024 must comply with their INC grades not later than March 11, 2024. Further, the accomplished INC forms shall be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar no later than March 13, 2024, at 5:00 in the afternoon. This is to give ample time for the said office to evaluate the grades prior to submission to USAC.”
