Qualifications
• Preferably with a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or allied courses (see CMO No. 25 s.2015 pp. 44-45 for the minimum requirements)
• Preferably with Industry or related work experience
• With an excellent scholastic record
